Rude and very unprofessional. They take bait and switch to a whole new level. After confirming an Internet price over the phone I went to the dealership where they said they discovered a few hours ago that they realized a mistake in their system from the end of 2020. So either they’re lying or you can’t even maintain a basic system for almost an entire year. Both signs of a terrible dealership. They get one star because zero isn’t an option.
Armando Graham talks a good game; make sure you read your contract before signing. Antwerpen is marking up their vehicles $10,000 (Calling it a Premium) because of the chip shortage. READ THE DIGITAL CONTRACT, before you sign.

The docupad do not move forward until you agree with everything on the current screen, So I don't understand how or what Armando did to get the rating your giving him and the dealership. Max was amazing but I was not in pressed with their so called “best salesman,” Sam. He made the process very difficult. When he came in to talk to me, he made me feel stupid and I felt like he could care less that I was there. As I was leaving to test drive a pre-owned vehicle, he said to Max, “drop him off at school on your drive.” Being 20 years old, I want very fond of that. I kept asking over and over again to know what APRs were available. I had to wait 2 hours before I was taken back to the financing office and they already had the paperwork completely finished without ever consulting with me on APR or price. I have an 820 credit score and got screwed with a 4.4%. I got lowballed on my trade in. They "certified" my used car and charged me $3.3k. Sir I'm sorry you had a bad experience, however I am struggling to understand some of your statements. First we don't print paperwork we use the state of the art docupad that is a large tv screen that will not move forward until you agree to the stuff on the current screen. The head lights are a safety item, that I cant seem to understand how that could slip through the cracks. Please feel free to bring your car up to the dealership so I can address these concerns. After taking my $3k deposit, this dealer sold the car behind my back. After pretending to credit my deposit, after a week, I still do not have it back, and no one will talk to me. So now it’s court. Reporting to BBB. Should be Zero stars for fraud and theft. Maybe jail.
The Service in Service Department is not for customer servic I have owned seven Volkswagens, and currently own three. This is the only Volkswagen dealership that I continually have issues with the service department; and I will not return once I get my car back. Don't waste your time. This dealership will charge you $1000 if you have outside financing. Extremely divisive in their selling approach. Plus, they fail to communicate various aspects of the deal unless you can "come into" the dealership and converse with them, which can be an inconvenience if you don't live near the dealership. Watch for hidden fees (Daryl) I came in to look at a used Santa Fe Sport. I was told if I didn't financed the vehicle through them it would cost me a $1,000.00 extra by used car sales manager Armando Graham. So I agreed to finance through Antwerpen. When I went to sign the paper work for the vehicle, Mr. Graham had added the $1,000.00 anyway. Good thing I read the paper work before the conn went down.
