They don’t back up their product warranty 😡 19550 miles on a 2023 Tiguan, a check engine light and service says the problem isn’t under warranty 😡 let’s just say I will not recommend a VW to anyone 😡
Had to return because the fluids were not top off properly. Then had to sit for 2 hours for a pressure test.
Charged over the amount that was stated when I made the appointment online. When I asked what the price difference was, I wasn't given a straight answer, and I was met with a little bit of hostility for questioning it.
Not sure. I just purchased my car and I had to wait over 2 hours to have a tire repaired on a car I just bought 5 days prior. Not to mention the tire should have been repaired during the inspection or prior to delivering the car to mem. Especially, since I mentioned my concern 24 hour prior to my picking up the cart.
Bad thing was up charge for 2500 . They told me one price and they set other price when they run credit. It was a lot of reviews this happened to a lot of people . Sales person was amazing polite,good customer service,good knowledge about cars.
This is the absolute worst dealership I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I got in writing from someone working there regarding an out the door price of 36k. While I am an hour into my drive going there, some random manager says they won’t honor that price. Seriously who in their right mind would pay 53k for a Jetta? Shadiest people out there, will definitely report them to BBB.

Derrick provided great customer service in allowing me to test drive two Cross Atlas SE SUVs and I picked the white one. I told him my interest in leasing the vehicle and we proceeding to run credit. About 15/20 mins later, I was told by Steve that it would only be advantageous to buy the vehicle instead of leasing since the lease program money factor did not have favorable rates. We went to Antwerpen with every intention of purchasing a new vehicle. All we wanted was some time to look around. Jalen Cobb approached us in the parking and was very rude and aggressive. We told him we were just looking and for some reason, he owouldn't accept that as an answer. He kept saying something to the effect of "if someone came to your house, wouldn't you talk to them?". Working with a salesman for over a week via email on purchasing a vehicle from the dealership, on 11/11 we confirmed that we could make everything work and what I needed to bring. The morning of 11/12, we speak again, this time he tells me the best way to make my down payment and he is aware I am coming from over 2 hours away. I make the 3 hour trip, sitting in traffic, just to get to the dealership and be told they sold that vehicle today. I have never been so angry or disappointed.
