New car purchase Their internet special pricing is a complete bait and switch. I wasted 2 hours test driving 2 cars and then given offer sheets that were $5000 above what the 2017 Passat and Tiguan were offered on their website. Don't waste your time with these clowns!
Worst experience ever This dealership dose not honor their advertised price on a used car. So I took my business to the dealer in Laurel and purchased not only a used car but also a new Atlas.
They purposely over charged me on an oil change DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR SERVICE, I already knew there sales department were a rip off but now seeing the entire business cheats customer I went in for an oil change after receiving a $40 coupon off in the mail oil change is $69.99 stated on there paperwork my bill came to $60 dollars when I should of only paid around $30 when I ask why they service lady why my bill is so high she said my car takes 7 quarts of oil and the coupon price is for 5 quarts THIS IS A LIE vw p... read more
False advertising scammers They Advertise low prices on used cars, which includes a "disclaimer" and if you read the small print, it says "all prices exclude taxes, tags, plus dealer documentation processing fee of $300" Ok, fine, whatever, most of that is expected, and at least they tell you about the $300 fee. Started out great The salesman we had was great. No pressure at all. The sales manager on the other hand was not professional. Not only did they make a mistake and made what was a reasonable offer but he redacted and decided to make rude comments since we were not happy with the additional $4000 that was tacked on to the original offer.
DONT GO HERE. Please save your money. I looked at a car on "sale" the online price claimed to say it was discounted by 3000 dollars. Once the contract was being written up they added back the 3000 dollars claiming some repairs were for the Maryland state inspection. So we went to the service desk and asked what exactly had been repaired on the car. (It's kinda important to know the history on the car, right?) Well. Do not value loyal customers We have bought 3 cars from this dealership and the first 2 were wonderful cars no problems. We just bought a used Hyundai that had only 14500 miles on it. There were several things they had to fix off the git go and they did them. But about 2 or 3 weeks later there were problems with the cooling system which was one of the problems they "fixed" after we bought the car. We had to pay over 800 to get the repairs completed. Will not use Volkswagen cheated USA and me with this debacle now this dealership is trying to cheat me out of my extended warranty my lawyer will help them with that I will never step foot in another Antwerpen dealership and will recommend anybody who asks to avoid
Set back. More trouble then I bargained for. My experience with this dealership was horrendous. I brought my newly purchased certified pre owned Volkswagen into this dealership for an oil change on Monday. I also was having issues with my rear view mirror attaching, and was told that would be fixed and covered by my CPO. I am a young graduate student who recently moved to Maryland from New York and thus have no additional supports down here.
