Crooks!!! DO NOT SHOP HERE!! Liars and thieves! After telling them numerous times that I didn’t need any extras or add ons besides gap insurance, they slipped two service policies in totaling over $3500! Knowing xxxx well that i would say something, they had my wife sign them while i was taking care of our two year old son. Poor service and management The VW dealer does not care about building long term service customers even if you buy the car there. Just want to sell add ons for new cars. The service advisors are not interested in their jobs or customers, not empowered to help you with issues. When I had this issue with improper repair, I found the Service Director is not responsive, not qualified, and gives inaccurate information. On the visit, did not check the repairs. Classic Sleazy Car Dealership I bought the vehicle at an agreed upon 33.5k out the door. This was only after going through a gauntlet of haggling and uncovering hidden xx fees.....which they still were able to trick and word into the contract to get me to I pay more than that agreed upon price by about 2500 dollars. Bought a used car from them, not a good car at all Very bad experience in buying a used car. The car has many issues that should have been taken care of before ready for sale. I would NOT recommend this dealership at ALL. Can't be disappointed more in a VW Dealership. Worst experience ever. I have owned 6 VW's over the last 30 years. Unethical bait and switch Was comparison shopping between dealers for a specific trim and option package on a 2018 Tiguan. I provided the exact price and Volkswagen Credit interest rate/loan terms one dealership offered me and Eric Metzger informed me they would beat the price by $300, match the Volkswagen rate/loan terms but for a newer 2019 model Tiguan. Miss diagnostic, over bill and unreliable service dept Miss diagnostics of my fathet VW Van and instead of sparks plug they put new fuel pump $900, then they said "i think" throttle body put it for $912, then they said "i think" sparks plug $300 and car still not fixed. This time one of the mechanic came up with idea to put new computer cost$1500. Simple, they are making money out of these things and fooled customer. Beware

DO NOT BUY USED CARS FROM HERE My husband and I bought a used vehicle from here 5 days ago. The experience with sales was wonderful, Sam & Nate were great to work with. However the second we left, we noticed a turn signal light was out and there was a crack in the windshield. This morning my husband removed the MD inspection sticker and found ANOTHER large crack hidden by the sticker. Do not ever buy a car from here Please avoid this car company at all costs. The Sales staff and the General Manager are extremely unprofessional and rude. I bought a used car from this company and I will NEVER purchase one from here again. I was in a car accident and the car insurance totaled my car out. I purchased a used car from here, with the hopes that I could easily transfer my old car tags over. Dissatisfied, very sorry we were unable to help you, as we advised you at the time of purchase you must bring your currant plates or a current registration in order for us to transfer your currant plates. The MVA fine us if we don't take care of customer tags in a timely matter, you can't wait until your new tags are in and ask us at that point to transfer them.
