My car was at the shop for 3 weeks and I got it back absolutely dirty inside and outside (my car is only 3 month old- brand new purchased in May). In addition I found a receipt from a sub shop dated with the timeframe when my car was in the repair shop. Now I’m wondering where else were my car while under their care.
3 wait hours wait at the dealership for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous! And the customer experience was non existent! We used to own multiple Volkswagen vehicles and but we are giving up on them..they no longer fulfill our expectations.
I have maintenance sign they don’t clear I did service but still sign there some o e call me I says issu but no any response very poor service
When I arrived, I was told that I would be updated on my service. Unfortunately, after three hours, I needed to call and touch base. A pine said call I was told I’d be called again to let me know the status. Never happened. It is clear that multitasking or prompt responses are poor.
Went in for advertised $90 oil change. Beware, they tried to jack the pre-service estimate to $125 for ‘taxes and fees’. That’s absurd. Don’t let them get away with it. Pricing needs to be transparent. Also, no one communicated that service had been completed and car was ready while I waited and waited. Communication while service is in progress and when completed needs to be improved. Actual service by mechanics was fine, complimentary wash is a nice touch.
The service manager refused to take responsibility for a situation that occurred as a result of misinformation provided after an oil change.
Mr. Chuck was nice but the service was horrible. They installed a new engine and turbo, (that took about 4 1/2 months to even receive) it was under warranty so they weren't paid. Of course after that they started finding all kinds of problems. I picked my car up on a Friday, by Saturday morning all the lights on the dash were on. I took it back Monday and they "cleared" them. They are very unorganized! I was told the work would take about 1.5 hours and asked if I wanted my car washed. Sounds great! The shuttle was busy so we (myself and kids) walked to the shopping center. They called me within one hour to say it was almost done. We headed back and the service lady said my car was being washed. Scheduled for a factory recall. Set an appointment. Then you know how that works time and time again. Keep the call all day to suggest every other repair for what it is not even there for, then tell us they can not do the recall because they don't have the program update
