Some things can definitely improve with the dealership processes overall. However, Mike was absolutely amazing! I purchased my car yesterday and he made the entire process smooth, stress-free, and genuinely enjoyable. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I understood every detail without ever feeling pressured. Horrible experience. The lady name Kameeri Day was very rude. Will never come back to this dealership.

Following is the email I wrote to Mike Williams on 10/24/25 and I still have not received a response. Please note that the car I purchased at full price did not include floor mats and I was not informed (I thought they were in the trunk of the vehicle): I received a letter in the mail this week that my tags were ready for pick-up in Pasadena for my 2019 VW Atlas. Did not like the fact that they added items to the car (Lujack, Prime Protect) on top of the advertised price, which I did not ask for, or want. And when asked about the tax and fees, could not explain how the number was calculated. The salesman (Mark) was a very nice guy and I would recommend him, not so sure about the dealer.

Car battery died less than 3 weeks in and the heat is a problem as well. I reached our 30 day warranty is worthless and I’m left to make the repairs myself

Chris is unprofessional and dishonest. He couldn't answer questions about the car I asked, he brushed my questions off. He also did not try to find out answers. Told me what I needed and what I did not. Those should not be determined by him. He did not disclose all the cost that was associated with my purchase. Overall, terrible experience with Chris.

I made my expectations clear when I walked in, but instead of test driving cars to see which one I liked best, I spent most of the time sitting in a salesperson’s office, getting exhausted waiting on absolutely nothing. I should’ve left. The salesperson happened to share the same name as my ex — so yes, I was terrified the whole time. He treated me with a mix of kindness and control. Purchased a 2024 VW jetta with 9, 068 miles. Didn't even make it home. Transmission cooler failed. :(

Not the best experience as a back man. Purchased a vehicle used and during the interior cleaning process damage occurred causing cosmetic deficiencies in some of the interior. They stated that the car had been professionally cleaned which was a lie the previous owner had a dog and they did not have the dog hair completely removed. The interior cabin filter was not changed and now the car has a dog odor , no sterilization was completed to remove old odors.
