I will never buy another car Fromm this dealership. I went in with my daughter to buy a car. My husband is in a VA nursing home with Dementia, so this was a first experience for me by myself, as I was doing the contract for my 2025 Atlas I was told I would get $4000 off of the MSRP, well that is not what happened. I only received $2000 off. When I asked about, the salesman, Sam said I got a good deal with my 2019 Murano trade in with 57,000 miles. We both feel we were not given a good deal. Buying experience was fine however a week later I noticed rust spots all over the car. It was clearly iron dust from transport or stored near manufacturing. I live 2 hours from this dealership and drove down for a good deal. It took me a month and four calls to talk to someone to offer a solution. They offered to resolve the issue but only if I brought the car back to them knowing it's a 4 hour round trip for me plus the wait time. This is by far the WORST car dealership I’ve worked with in over 20 years of buying. Employees don’t communicate with each other or with the customer, and every encounter is at least 30 minutes of being passed around and having to call back before even beginning to address the issues. Their service department is atrocious. My BRAND NEW 2025 Atlas was in my possession for less than a week and has spent nearly 3 weeks in the service center for manufacturing problems. Worst experience ever. I wish I could just take the new car back & have a better experience elsewhere. It was all about them & not me. Paid way more than expected, $110 for a first aid kit, wheel locks, whatever their zurich care is, hidden add ons over $1000 I didn’t ask for or know about until financing. Took entirely too long. There was no communication about my vehicle until I initiated it.
Buyer beware. My new car with 37 miles on odometer, was delivered to me with a torn seat. In addition on the 3rd day of ownership it was having major electrical issues also broken visor clip (which I had to get upset in order to have it replaced). They said it wasn't covered. The torn seat was immediately addressed by the salesman who was very professional and helpful. I was happy with him. But the service dept is a separate thing. These people are the reason that everyone hates used car dealers. I bought a used car that immediately has issues and the GM told me that if I wanted something reliable, I should have spent more money on a certified pre-owned car. They do no stand by their products.
