I had a problem with a recent visit. The General Manager Tom Morris contacted me the next day and spent the time to hear me, work with me and disolve the problem. I would recommend visiting with Tom when you visit. He will work hard with you and understands customer service.
I recently bought a new car at Antwerpen VW. I was actively shopping on the internet to find the best price available in the area, and they beat the best price I found. Wow!!! What a great experience!!! I dealt with John Dickerson, also known as Johnny D by his fellow employees and repeat customers. He is a VERY knowledgable salesman and is VW Certified. Though he is younger than most of the other employees he is VERY PROFESSIONAL, knows his product and come to find out has been there since he was only 18 years old. My experience at Antwerpen Volkswagen was amazing. I called on phone and describe the type of vehicle I was looking for and when I pulled onto lot it was sitting in front of dealership. Donnie Ackley sat me in my new Jetta and went over all the equipment and set up my Blue tooth. Neil Gillies was easy to negotiate with. The price and terms I asked for were met with ease. After being in Europe for over 10 years, This dealership treated me if i've lived in Maryland my life. The sales consultant John Dickerson is true professional. He showed me his inventory of cars and let me test drive as many as I like. He even let me go alone showing trust. He intrduce me his sales manager who was also outstanding and professional. They put my interest first and made me a nice deal. I would reccomenf this sales team and Dealership to anyone interested in a car. They really work with the customer.
