Was lied to and told they were running numbers. Found out the finance guy wasn’t even there. Sat around and waited for “numbers” for over 3 hours. Just waiting. Our sales guy just pushed us through and went on to his next sale. Terrible customer service and would never go back. Was there over 5 hours.
Awful communication with this dealership. Vehicle was in the service department for over 2 months, no updates no calls, texts, etc. I had to call and email repeatedly to the general manager to get any information, and then they would simply lie. We don't have the part, weird you did when you made the appt., then it was they didn't have a mechanic, then they didn't have the tools, then the next week it was the part again. Came in for a recall - first appointment was scheduled and I was not informed that I needed to bring my car in with less than 1/4 tank of gas - dropped my car off for recall and was called 2 hours later letting me know about the gas issue and had to be rescheduled. Explained that I would need a loaner car for my next appointment as I would not have a way to get around. Our experience was not handled very professionally. I felt like we had to keep asking about the process and we had to go back the 2nd day to have someone go over the car (electronics) us. Just felt like it was just about the money and not the excitement of getting a new car!
Brought my car in for repairs related to fuel injector and noise which was under warranty. Got a call saying the car was ready but hadn’t been worked on yet so pickup was delayed 2 days. Picked car up and rattling noise was still an issue and now trunk would not work. Brought car back and you tried charging me $400 to xxxxx the vehicle again saying that the truck issue was a coincidence. Associate agreed to take off $200 fee to look at car. dealer is a scam. instead of doing recall required by law i got an estimate for over 6000, which a portion had to done before recall could be completed or started on.
Slow, lied about test drive, not working on car when they said. Hopefully this 3rd time the issue is fixed
Sent the car in to have air bag replaced oil changed and my driver side door wouldn't lock. Did the air bag and oil change. But didn't do door. Send it back to have it done....lied to and said it was done. Call to find out why and try to have it resolved.....never called back..so unless you know someone who works there, find a different place
Where to start? I have been a customer of Antwerpen for many years, but lately I've noticed a severe decline in their service department/mechanics. Long story short, they misdiagnosed the issue with my daughter's car and we spent a lot of money to get it fixed. After it was "fixed", the issue continued to persist.
