Made an appointment ahead of time for 8am to get a new key fob programmed. It was to be billed to Ourisman (which I stated on the online form and on the written envelope when I dropped the vehicle off). I cited that the SUV needed to be ready by 3pm and provided them with 2 cell phone numbers. I arrived at 4:15 pm to learn that they did nothing - did not program my key fob, did not call either cell phone I provided, nothing. This has been the worst car buying experience, and after 3 months we are still dealing with issues. From being lied to horrible craftsmanship the issues keep coming with no end in sight.
Absolutely hate the car. sales person was great service department awful Would never buy here again
Poor communication, advisor just reading back of ticket, poor to no explanation., just read the back of ticket. I had to talk to tech for answers
Seems they always find something “extra” every time the vehicle goes in for service to inflate the cost. The hourly labor rate is also very high. Looking for private service centers for any additional work needed.
Overall lack of communication. Was told car would be ready on friday and it was not. I did not receive update calls. i had to call daily for updates.
Took car their for a gas suction pump seal recall and the technicians messed up my car so bad it leaked gas everywhere and broke down on the side of the road 2 days later.
Was not pleased with the service. Because they tell me that my latch was covered under warranty then I bring it in to get service and they tell me that it's not telling me I have to pay $888 money that I don't have. Now I have another bill that I catch afford. Because they can't put it back on.

Came in to get a new battery, staff was rude, specifically two women running the service department. Waited an hour for them to tell me they wanted $900+ to replace a battery.
