Managers/ staff were very rude, disrespectful, and dishonest. Staff played with a remote control car while customers waited for their vehicles to be serviced, with no updates provided. And when approaching the counter for an update, was addressed with nothing but disrespect. Overall this location is not minority friendly, and I will never return for maintenance. Or purchase not even a t-shirt for my dog. Flat out this place socks!! 👎👎👎
The car was the only thing we liked about this experience. Understated the price, didn't charge, fix, or reset the things they specifically said they would. Had to bring the car back and still don't have it 6 days after paying for it.
Had to call around 5 pm to check on my car to find out it wouldn’t be done until the next day. I should not have had to call to track my car down to find that out after 5pm. I should have gotten a call hours earlier to say it wouldn’t be done that day. I was almost over charged $1100. When I scheduled my appt I mentioned my warranty. They had the car for over 3 months. Ended up never fixing the car. I took it to someone else to fix. It was done in a day. They never gave us a loaner. So we had to rent a car for 3 months. It was the worst experience. I will never buy another VW after owning 4 of them throughout my life time.
Unable to fix my car, because your prices for parts and labor are extremely high.
Dealer was a good experience volkswagon and all those above dealer are pathetic dont honor recalls and warranty dept is a scam and should be investigated

The dealership has no courtesy cars and doesn’t transport you farther than 10 miles away so be aware of that first. They say they open at 7 am however the first appt is never until 830. The service department doesn’t hold to their projected timelines and provides no updates if they miss it and the team when you are checking out to get your car back is extremely rude. I would rather drive to Annapolis than return to this dealership.
Will never buy or use Antwerpen for anything ! The Service Department was entirely useless! They were worthless as far as service was concerned!
