Great First Time Buy Sam was incredibly personanable with me on my visit. This was my first car purchase and he wasn’t pushy and very transparent with pricing and options. He even showed me all the little ins and outs and ‘little things’ about my car. He was incredibly thorough in any explanation but could also make good side conversation as well to limit awkward silences.
My new jetta I have made a purchase with Volkswagen three times!! I love my jetta good on gas. I would recommend vw to all my family and friends. Volkswagen takes good care of you and your car for life. Also Volkswagen SAVES LIVES!!

Great Experience - Awesome Salesman Lamont was a great salesperson. He was able to find the exact match for what we wanted and the time it took accommodated our plans. We were very pleased with our experience. What impressed me further is that the gentleman, Steve from the service department noticed that the sticker indicated that our vehicle came with premium mats (not included from the receiving dealership). Amazing help!! Great payment. I have gotten 3 cars from Antwerpen Vw and this is the first time dealing with Sam. He gave excellent customer service as soon as we walked into the dealership. He listened to what we wanted and wasted no time in putting us on a test drive! We told him what payment we wanted and he got us within $20 of it. From helping with insurance to maintenance packed this guy is amazing.
