HAMZEH EL QAWASMI helped me with my first jeep.All tho there was some bumps in the process he made it work.He was honest and hassle free. Still trying to figure out the Uconnect app but overall my experience was good. One sales person and you don't have to deal with like 3 different people.I converted over from Hyundai which I am glad I did

Hamzeh was professional, respectful, and honest. I wanted a good deal on a baseline Pacifica, and he took me for a test drive and then suggested used options that were in my price range while reassuring me that Bettenhausen offers a great non-conditional internet price on a new car. I shopped around and found a lot of hidden price conditions, and we ended up coming back and bought a new 2020 Pacifica. This has been a solid experience, I highly recommend Hamzeh!
