Purchased 2019 Chrysler 300 Touring L on a Friday 10-9-20 and I am very pleased. Had not purchased a vehicle in a Long time. Was dragging my feet to purchase new vehicle, my husband & I walked in one day and met w/Charles & Micah who were absolutely fabulous, very knowledgeable and easy going, best customer service by far!! I bought a car from here back in 2015 and Micah was my salesman. I must admit that during the process he was very nice and seemingly attentive and supportive of my needs and my experience. However, as soon as I signed on the dotted line his disposition towards me changed. It was almost like we were strangers. It didn't feel good and I was a bit hurt by it. First time into the dealership. Bought a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Very inviting setup. Clean and safe environment and the staff was extremely helpful. My salesperson was Jamie Kwak and she was fantastic. Professional and pleasant to work with. Made the experience fun. She spent time on the pricing, took me for a ride and I bought just like that. Easy. I truly believe that if more dealerships hired sales folks with the style Jamie has, they would sell more cars.

It was a pleasant experience. Great price! Charles was knowledgeable, respectful and made buying a new car a pleasant experience. We were able to test drive by ourselves, then Charles reviewed all the charges, discounts and costs. He even gave me his cell number in case I have any future questions. The only negative was that we were trading in a car and if I didn’t take the time to reset our navigation, phone sync and garage door opener it would have stayed in our old cars memory.
