We were so happy with our experience with Nick! When we came in to the dealership I was skeptical, I didn’t think we would be able to get the van we wanted for the payment we wanted. Great Out of State Buying Experience We are from Buffalo, NY. Dealers around here did not return our calls when trying to purchase a used vehicle during Covid-19. I called Bettenhausen after finding they had a 2019 Chrysler 300 that we were interested in. Salesman Mark A. was a pleasure to do business with and made sure the process was quick and painless. There were a few hiccups after the purchase and Mark followed up and made everything right. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family.
