New purchase of Chrysler Pacifica My husband and I had our first positive car buying experience. We were able to agree on numbers with Jessica via email before coming into the dealership. The time that was saved doing that was invaluable to us with having 2 kids at home. We will only be doing our purchases that way going forward. It was also helpful to us that Jim and Tenita were willing to stay after hours to help us complete our purchase and trade in that night.

2019 Chrysler Pacifica Last week my husband and I went to look for mini vans at a couple different places, but when we got to Bettenhausen they did not disappoint! Our sales associate Hamzeh was great from the very beginning! We told him what we were looking for and our price range and he helped us and worked with us to pick out a perfect Pacifica that was in our price range! We was never pushy and was very helpful during the entire process! I highly recommend him and Bettenhausen! Best car experience I have had!

#1 dealership by far!! Hamzeh was a cool dude. Straight to the point with no excuses or unknown answers to ALL of my questions. He was so great to work with that we bought 3 cars right then and there. Never felt pressured to buy anything, if anything he talked me away from more expensive purchases if i did not need it. He even treated us to a full course meal. The dealership was clean, professional, and a great place to buy a car.
