My experience with Charles Johnson I have brought several cars in the past from this dealership and had several salesman but none of them could have ever measure up Charles Johnson. No Dog and Pony Show Here Bettenhausen was a great place to purchase a new vehicle. The have no haggle pricing, don't work off commission and don't play the dog and pony show. Charles Johnson was great as our salesman. He even stayed late so that we could walk out with the car the day we test drove it. Cody was great at showing us around our new Pacifica as well. I had a great experience buying a Jeep I had a great experience buying a car at Bettenhausen, Jesse DIshner, the salesman was great! He was very patient and personable and did not pressure me or make me feel like I had to make a purchase. However, he listened to my needs and found me a Jeep that fit my budget and my lifestyle. Awesome The young man help me get a car I had been in the dealer ship for hours. It took a lot for me to get the car I wanted but I still left the car with a brand 2019 Jeep and I was very satisfied with it because I thought I was leaving with nothing but he made sure I did everything right. The dealer made me feel happy even if I didn’t get a car because he made me smile and laugh a lot. A great person really nice!
