Exceed my expectations! My boyfriend and I arrived at Bettenhausen after having a horrible experience at another Jeep dealership. We stopped by with some final hope and then we met Charles Johnson. pressure free car buying Jamie Kwak was the sales manager that dealt with and made the car buying experience enjoyable for the first time I can remember. Not only was she knowledgeable about the wranglers she was more importantly REAL, no B.S. Also got dirty and jumped in detailing the jeep as well. GREAT experience.

Great experience. My current situation was a bit tricky and getting into a car(a new car at that) seemed almost impossible, but Sonata made it work for me. I'm definitely going back to do business here again in the near future. This is how the car buying experience should be. I will definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a car.

Great experience I knew what I wanted when I arrived. I didn’t have much time and wasn’t looking forward to the “car dealership” experience. Buying a car has always been a dreaded event for me. BUT not this time. Bettenhausen dealership is laid back and pleasant! What a breath of fresh air! My salesman Hamzeh was great! He does everything at his desk... no moving from one person to another. We were done and leaving within 2 hours! I’m very happy with the whole experience and would highly recommend!

2019 dodge hellcat I’ve known Hamzeh for a long time. I went to this dealership to buy parts for a customers car and Hamzeh saw me coming in after not seeing him in 8 years he remembered my name. Not too many places have employees that are that dedicated to their customers to remember them by name after 8 years!
