Extremely Happy The people here are kind, friendly and very helpful. Mr. Charles Johnson went above and beyond for us today. We left with the car we wanted and extremely happy! Excellent Service I must give a shout-out to Amy in the Service Dept! I drive 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. I visited Bettenhausen’s service department twice this month (October). Once for an oil change and to have headlights replaced; the second time was because I purchased some bad gas and my engine light came on (scary). During both visits, Amy eased my great concerns.
