Great experience.. No pressure to buy.. First purchase went in looking for something used and drove off in something brand new didn't think I would be able to get anything close to new because of my credit.. Fast forward two years later went in for an upgrade and couldn't be happier.. Upgraded from a 2018 Dodge Journey SE (basic model) to a 2019 Journey Crossroad.. I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude I purchased a 2020 Jeep Grand Cherokee High Altitude through Nick Nowak. Nick was super easy to talk to and was not pushy at any time during the process. Because of the current times, we did the purchase via phone and I had my Jeep delivered to my house within only a couple of hours of making the deal. Also note that the dealership was about an hour away!!! Thank you Nick for making this the easiest and best car buying experience!!!!!!!

Up front pricing and easy going sales staff. Pricing was up front and the sales staff Charles Johnson was pleasant and helpful. He sent most of the afternoon running different combinations of rebates and financing that would give me the best deal. Charles worked with the service department and was able to add some features I was looking for. I recommend seeing Charles Johnson if you are in the market for a new vehicle.
