Hamzeh listened to my needs as a customer. I told him what I was looking for in a vehicle and regarding payments. He toured me through all the inventory that suited what I was looking for. Went to the dealer we have always had our service done with and was not happy with the customer service so I asked for my keys and left. Went to Bettenhausen and from now on I will make the 45 minute drive. Customer service was excellent. Thank you.
