Honest, helpful, and no nonsense dealership. I was a bit weary going into Bettenhausen Chrysler Jeep Dodge because I had never worked with a no haggle dealership before. Nick was honest upfront about the pricing and showed me a breakdown of what I was paying for. Not only was the customer service great, but Bettenhausen offered me more in trade for my vehicle than the Ford dealership I had bought it from did a year ago. I would highly recommend giving this dealership a look.

Charles is the man! The upfront disclosure of pricing was great! Charles pulled up the breakdown of the vehicles on the computer right in front of us.
