Great service! My parents previously purchased their vehicle and did not want me to deal with any other dealership when I was ready to purchase my own car. Jim at the Tinley location on Oak Park Ave was great! The first van that I wanted was out of my price range in monthly payments and he worked as best as he could to try to get it within my price range. Good experience Sonata was honest and fair. She helped us with all of our questions and wasn't pushy at all. Charles also helped out the first time I stopped in and the Tenita taught us everything our new jeep was capable of. I highly recommend this dealership.

Great place great people to buy a car from The dealership that I purchased the automobile that was really great people the gentleman that helped me was named Charles Johnson who actually really amaze me because I came in and asking for a Pacific color and a Pacific car and he did have that car and I bought that car and that's very rare no haggling with the price no problems great place

Purchased a new Cherokee Overland Nick and Brandon were able to find the specific vehicle I wanted and have it on site within a day. The car looked great. They were warm and friendly and made the experience of "car buying" a less stressful experience. When I arrived to pick-up the car Nick walked me over to check it out and get my approved. The best of the best Nick Nowak is amazing! I went to Bettenhausen because of my last car buying experience. They are what you want! From getting me exactly what I wanted at more than a fair price to an employee explaining and walking me through all the new technology and features as I was getting ready to leave. Oil changes First off I am not blaming the dealer, rather than a misinformed, or forgetful lube guy. I took my jeep JL for a free oil change under the wave program. After reading problems posted on the JL forum, sure enough my engine was overfilled. I am a mechanic and this is not good for an engine. Luckily only drove 300 miles this way. Pre- Jl engines take 6 qts. New 3.6 penstar only take 5 qts.. drained out a qt of oil myself and saved it if I experience any problems.
