First Time Customer This was the first time purchasing a vehicle here and the experience was amazing. From the time I walked in until the time I left everything went so incredibly well. I had the pleasure of purchasing our vehicle from Steve Callan, Sales & Leasing Manager and he was very nice and so easy to work with. Love Bettenhausen and their employees Sonata is the best! We have been working with her for years and have bought 3-4 cars from her over the years. By now she knows what we like and goes above and beyond to find the car we are looking for. She is the best!

Bettenhausen highly recommmended Jamie is very knowledgeable on all the aspects of the vehicles she sells, there wasn't a question she could not answer. Jamie took time to locate the exact vehicle I want and was able to have it delivered to her showroom in a matter of days. Jamie is excellent to work with so if you are ever in the market for a car I would highly rate asking for Jamie Kwak the next time you come into the showroom.

No pressure, hassle free, knowledgeable & friendly! It was a pleasure working with Tom and the Bettenhausen team. They did an excellent job answering all questions and my wife and i felt now pressure during our purchase. Tom did a great job explaining the different packages and offers Chrysler had at the time of our purchase and even though we went in looking at used vehicles, we were able to purchase a brand new car with all the options we wanted and still stayed within our budget.

Nick is amazing!!! Thank you again Bettenhausen and Nick for helping my grandparents find their retirement car! You guys always go above and beyond for me and my family!
