Excellence at it's best I went in blind looking for a car, Jamie help me every step of the way. I did not feel like I was being harassed. I was very comfortable with Jamie and how she handled buy a new car process. I also left educated about my car, warrant and maintenance. Friendly fast and efficient I'm a first time buyer and I came in with bad credit and nothing much to work with. After running numbers I was qualified for a new 2017 jeep renegade. Tom was able to get me the best car for a price i was able to work with. That being said sales manager Eric came out to talk to me personally. I've never seen that from any dealership I've been to. Blow Up Or No Go Jeep Recently had my 100,000 mile preventative maintenance performed and everything was good until I recently experienced an issue with a repair that they did and to be fair I am not entirely certain that it has anything to do with that repair so I called to explain the situation and was quickly and promptly informed that they have 40 cars waiting to get in here so unless your car is going to blow up forget about it.
