Workability Steve wanted to put me in the vehicle that I wanted to be in, not the vehicle that he wanted to sell me. He ran numbers right away on vehicles that I was interested in and did not force me one way or another. He let me see all my options and let me decide what was best for me. Very low pressure, worked with me and eventually walked out with a brand new car. Be back in 3 years to work with him again.

Not pushy: helped seal the deal. From walking on the late looking at a vehicle to wanting to test drive and then make a decision, Charles was very friendly and not pushy at all. A pushy salesman is a big no no in my vehicle purchasing.
