Hamzeh - hands down best car buying experience! I visited Bettenhausen after two previous dealerships that weren't able to come back with the right deal for me. Great Sales Experience and follow-up Hamzeh was the first to greet us at the dealer and wasted no time understanding what we were looking for. He was transparent, honest and quick. Walked us through the parts we didn't understand and even made sure the car was taken care of with the scratching.

No hassle, easy processing; a one man show! I appreciate dealing only with my salesperson, Justin Andorfer. He is personable, patient and heard my needs in what type of vehicle I was looking for. Looking for cars and came away with what we asked for! We Went in on a Saturday looking for jeeps as we have always liked these cars. We had our 1 yr old daughter with us at the time and thought this would be a long process. Our daughter was much delighted to the playroom in the dealship and everyone was friendly.
