Overall great experience! When it comes to customer service I am big on it. Literally everyone was friendly and helpful from the front desk to the salesman on down. Charles was also excellence and patient I didn't feel rushed and he was able to ask all my questions!

Great friendly staff good people and nice facility. Overall a nice place to go. I was in for service and not one saleman was pushy but they all asked if I could be helped and when I said I was in for service they all told me there was coffee and water that I could help myself to. Not a negative person in the place.
Service I called Bettenhausen to schedule service for a recall and an oil change and tire rotation. I got to schedule a time and date that were convenient for me. They told me the estimated time that it would take, which was at least 3 hours. I prepared for the wait. I was surprised when I received a call that my car was ready after only 2 1/2 hours. Every one of the staff I came in contact with was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient.

No Bull car buying See Casey Dugan to take the bull out of car buying. I highly recommend Bettenhausen Jeep and Casey Dugan. Everyone treated me like they knew me for a long time at Bettenhausen.
