Exceptional Service. Kudos to Casey Dugan! In October 2015 I visited Bettenhausen to check out their 2014-15 Jeep Grand Cherokees Overland/Summits. I don't like "fast talking" salespeople and you don't get that at Bettenhausen. Casey Dugan was the young man who approached me to see if he could be of service. Great Service, Great Dealership I went to Bettenhausen Chrysler Jeep with the hopes of leaving with a new vehicle. I test drove a couple different types. The sales staff was patient, there was no rush and no pressure. My biggest concern was fitting two car seats comfortably in my new vehicle. I was able to put my seat in the vehicles I test drove! Best Service Steve K. was amazing. I had placed a call and was directed to him. I explained what I was looking for. An appointment was made for the following day. I couldn't believe my eyes. The vehicle that was brought to me was exactly what I was looking for. I was in and out in under 2 hours. Including all paperwork.
