Awesome people to work with! Bettenhausen was such a pleasure to work with. They are very friendly and inviting. They don't pressure you into anything. I was looking for a car and the only dealership that had it, was in Iowa. One of their employees drove 12 hours, round trip, to pick up the car for me. I will forever be a Bettenhausen customer and will highly recommend them to anyone I know :-)
Excellent Jay Dye was great! From the start he was knowledgeable and helped me decide which vehicle was right for me. His customer service was great , I never felt hassled or hurried. My daughter is looking to purchase a vehicle and due to my excellent experience she will be going to Jay at Bettenhausen!
Everyone was so nice, easy to work with. Loved Casey Dugan, was so easy to work with. Did not try and sell us anything we dint need. He even came in on his day off to finish up the paper work. My new place to buy trucks and cars.

We were so impressed with the new models and the level of service we received from Casey Dugan that we decided to purchase a new 2016 Jeep.
