Yaaaaaaaay David Martinez!!! We just purchased a new Dodge Caravan this week. From the very first visit, we actually enjoyed our time at this dealer! Excellent Experience overall! Car shopping/buying literally gives me anxiety. Everyone at Bettenhausen (but especially Jay) made me feel incredibly comfortable. I didn't feel jerked around. I felt like they really cared and wanted to help----from the gentleman that greeted me all the way to the one who taught me how to use my gadgets. PLEASANT The best car buying experience EVER. Dave Carroll is amazing. I went with a friend to purchase her jeep 3 years ago, Dave was her salesperson. I knew then if I ever decided to get a Jeep I would come to this dealership. I called Dave Monday morning, I had my Jeep Monday evening. I am very happy with the service that I received. Awesome We brought family members here when they were looking for a new vehicle a few months ago and they had a great experience. When we decided to buy a new vehicle there was no question where to go. David Martinez was an absolutely awesome representative to work with and made the experience a pleasure from start to finish. Oh Boy, What a JOURNEY! Just purchased my third...yes third car from Bettenhausen!! Steve, Jenna, Amy, and Joe all worked really hard to make sure I was happy with the car and knew how to use it! Sales I went in with not much to work with. Not only did they work with my price range no one tried to push me to go over. It is not your typical "car salesmen" environment where you feel like you are swimming in a tank full of sharks. It was a very laid back experience and I would recommend this location and To anyone interested in looking.
