Quick and Easy I spoke with Don before driving up from Champaign and discussed with him exactly what I wanted and he found the vehicle for me in a matter of a couple of days. What had taken about a year to do Don did in less than a week for me and I was driving home with my new Challenger. He worked with me, was honest about everything and made sure that I was happy before I left. The paperwork process was quick and easy and I even got a burger and hot dog. Solid dealership, I would buy from them again.
New MiniVan We have been investigating a Dodge minivan with Bettenhausen, but they did not have a minivan with options that were important to us. So drove over to their Chrysler dealership. We had good experience with Bettenhousen before and this was no different. Charles Johnson did a good job with no pressure just lot of good info. He was of great help. Great Service Even though I hate car shopping I have to say Charles made the experience quite easy. Truly what a car buying experience should be. Let me start by saying that I always hate going to car dealerships. I hate the "I need to go talk to my manager skit" which most salesmen do and the constant feeling that I'm being lied to and possibly being ripped off. I personally do not have time or the patience for it and I don't trust salesmen.
