Different than all other dealers Jenna had 95% of the deal worked out before we stepped foot in the dealership. I searched their inventory and we worked out the price via phone and email. No pressure to buy what-so-eer. I recommend her. The vehicle I originally was eyeing on their website was listed as "In Transit" and when I inquired on it I was told it was already sold and would be delivered to the purchaser upon delivery but she would find me an exact duplicate of that vehicle. Great place to shop Can't say enough Good things about my experience with Bettenhausen Dodge without it sounding like I was an employee. Friendly greeting each and every time I was there. Sales people that take huge amounts of time to spend with you to answer any and all concerns, yet laid back with zero pressure so as to make you feel at ease while you shop the grounds. These people bent over backwards to make the final deal feel right. I can honestly say I would not hesitate to buy another car from this dealership.
