Charles was extremely friendly and knowledgeable I had no intentions on purchasing a Jeep, But was asked to go check out a Jeep and I enjoyed the test drive. I was happy with the quality of service received. I did want the dealer to extend a 0% finance but that was not an option, I would only recommend that this be offered in the future with individuals who have excellent credit like myself. Awesome experience We worked with Nick to buy our new mini van- he was so extremely helpful, went out of his way to show us all opportunities and even had another car brought over from another dealership for us to see- we would for sure return and see him if buying another car
Exceptional Staff!!! Jay Dye and the rest of the staff were very courious to me and my family during our visit. We had no intention of buying anything that day, but Jay was so helpful and understanding of our needs, we left with a new Wrangler. Exceptional Service. Wife already wants another Wrangler. Great Experience I never thought I'd say this, but I had a good time buying a car! Dodge Durango, great car buying experience The people at Bettenhausen are honest and fair. Buying a Caravan Dave was very friendly and literally ran to show us car after car. Best experience ever buying a car. Will buy from again. Didn't have the color I wanted or at least didn't think did, he was willing to get the color I did want in a couple of hours. He showed me the deep cherry and decided on that and absolutely love it.
