He was courteous , professional and my service needs were taken care of. To answer the question of,"How important is the quality of the dealership's service center in the decision of where to purchase a car," I would consider the most where I would buy another Durango. Betterhausen, because of their service, would be the only place I would consider.

Jamie is a good egg. Just purchased a Pacifica van that will be a handicap conversion and she was not only knowledgeable about the Pacifica but about the conversion process as well (that’s pretty rare). She’s also just fun to chat with. The dealership as a whole was great but Jamie was the best part of it :)
