Went in for an oil change ,spoke with Amanda who set me up with oil change.The wait was a little long but Amanda kept me updated with everything, let me know about things mechanics recommended I get done.She was very friendly and knowledgeable, she is what customer service is all about and is the reason I will be going back for all my oil changes in the future.

This is my 3rd vehicle I've purchased from Bettenhausen in Orland Park and every time I've leased my car, I have worked with Jamie. A family member's vehicle had broken down and it was towed to Bettenhausen CDJR. Unfortunately, we did not have an appointment but we were able to have the car checked out and repaired in a week. Thankfully the repair was covered under warranty and we were back on the road!
