I made a service appointment for an oil change and a recall. Rico in service took great care of me by getting me a ride home and back when the job was finished. The work was performed and all is good.

Mike was great he made checking my Jeep in very easy process. This was the first time I ever had to bring my jeep in. My husband used to take care of all of the needs of our cars. After a terrible experience at another dealership, Bettenhausen was able to locate the part to repaired my vehicle the same day. I had to wait longer than expected to receive my car after payment but, the service staff apologized and provided exceptional customer service to correct the issue. Thank you to the Porter Staff as well who retrieved my vehicle.
