The finance manager outright lied to me — twice — just to squeeze a little more money out of the deal. UPDATE--After they tried to bait and switch a truck with 900 miles on it and selling it as new, they took almost 5 months to return the title for my trade in F250. Luckily the problem wasn't mine. A competing dealership took the truck knowing what Bill Currie Ford tried to do. DONT GO TO BILL CURRIE FORD.
I guess I should have read the reviews about how bad your service department was before allowing them to take my car to install a lift, wheels, and tires. A job that only requires 6-8 hrs of SRT time has taken well over 30 hrs and has been accompanied by continuous lies, misinformation, horrible communication, and now faulty re-work. My car is a Ford ranger with a 4. 6 engine I ordered an engine harness from them and they sent me one for a 4.0 I have a V8 that will not fit they would not honor a refund they block all my phone calls it will not answer what they say about ford and their employees is true I have cancer that's in the mission but I haven't been able to make it to the doctors in over 2 years cuz this car will not make it and it's only 25 miles away
The service department is a literal fraud with diagnostic charges. I was charged $305 in diagnostic charges because they sent me an unlawful estimate for replacing a third brake light bulb and a repair of my Bluetooth, sound and center console monitor. I had to pay it to get my truck back because I have a newborn who needs transportation. Service guy literally stumbled through trying explain it which I assume he was trained to do. If I could leave negative stars I would. An absolute nightmare of an experience that left me feeling legitimately dehumanized. Felt like I was a burden to my salesman after I spoke on the phone for an hour with someone about the vehicle I wanted and then drove an hour and 45 minutes to purchase it. They sold my vehicle trade in before they’d finalized our side of the sale and now both mine and my husband’s credit is RUINED because of the missed payments from my trade in. The service center was wonderful, no problems. Whatsoever, it was sales in particular. Josh, a sales supervisor who told me to my face. He didn't want to do that deal anyway. After trying to bait and switch me to a vehicle, I told them I didn't want. The service center did a great job tinting the windows and with the spray on bed liner.
I wonder how many of these reviews are legitimate. Bill curry ford is by far the worst dealership in tampa bay, When my deal was completed and I came back to pick my truck up. I was informed that had a different and different size tires? Horrible experience. Worst service I've ever had. They kept my F150 for a month, and pronounced all systems OK, but on the drive home I knew they were wrong. A call to PJ, the service manager was met with condescension and double talk. My truck is still not fixed, but solving the problem would mean "thinking out of the box" and do more diagnostics than they like to do.
