They suck , never leave you alone call you all the time even after you tell them to stop . I looked one time on the website at a truck they had for sale that had sold already ( cuz they can’t keep their site updated ) . And then bother me non stop now . Zero stars do not recommend .
Had a really bad experience with Bill Currie Ford. Talked to Alex and Mike about a car and everything seemed smooth. But then, when they put me on with the sales manager, Steve, boom – the price suddenly jumps $2K! Complete bait-and-switch game. Felt like they were just leading me on until they could drop the bomb. Don’t trust the prices they give you upfront. Very misleading and a huge waste of my time.
Buyers beware I bought a smoker's car without knowing it. It was ozoned right before we test drove it ,so it had no smell or oders. I am so anti smoking no way I would have purchased a smokers car. Days after purchased My garage and car smelled like an ash tray. After a few phone calls they said they have the car detailed....smelled better but 6 months later i am having to ozone my car every other day now that i owe a ozone machine. No trust in this Tampa dealership...i dont want this car...
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO BILL CURRIE FORD IN TAMPA! ! My AC was cutting out, took it in to get fixed, cost me $1500, which I thought was steep. Problem not fixed. Took it in again, cost another $1500, problem still not fixed. Called back to talk to the manager who told me she's not a service agent or mechanic. Had to ask her if she even worked at Bill Currie Ford. They want me to bring it in AGAIN for exploratory repairs which I assume will be another $1500 with no credit whatsoever from previous repairs. I have had problems with Bill Curry Ford in the past and now 1 1/2 years later I’m having issues with them again. I spoke to someone in the service dept on a Tues. He couldn’t answer my question but said he would find out and call me back. Never called back so on Thur. I called again and spoke to a woman who also didn’t have the answer and said she would find out and call me back. It’s been almost 2 weeks and I haven’t heard back. I do not recommend Bill Curry Ford. My husband was having problems with his Bronco, brought it in to have 2 problems fixed, they told him both problems were because he had used the wrong fluid in it, mind you he had only ever had it serviced at this location and had never done anything to it on his own. Furthermore, they kept his vehicle there for over a week, only to get it home and one of the problems still exist. Third time this has happened. Take the vehicle in at 7:30 am with an appointment, don't here anything all day from Service, have to call them to find out that they are still diagnosing the problem. Wow, hook up a computer and the code will tell you the problem. 48 hours late still no vehicle. Why make an appointment if you don't even look at the vehicle for 8 - 10 hours later?
Bill Curry Ford is the worst car dealer in the country TIM INGRAM the manager is terrible to work with. I had paint work done there thinking its the dealer would be a great job? I should have bought spray cans at Walmart . The time to paint 2 bedsides was 2 months and it looked like a high school shop class did it? Bill Curry does not work with you to resolve the issue. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND Bill Curry Ford to anyone please go to another FORD dealer. BEWARE
I was extremely disappointed in Veterans Ford service dept, so i traveled to Bill Currie to get my Explorer serviced, BIG BIG MISTAKE.... Dropped car off tues nite for a weds 12pm appt. Called 7 times weds for status with no answer or call back. WENT there thurs morning, was told car would be done by end of the day, called at 5:30 Chris would call back in 5 minutes they closed at 6 with no call... .
