I visited the dealership to look at a particular Jeep that Kady had advised was there. When I arrived I was met by Moses the salesman. He drove us around looking for it but couldn’t find anything. Went in to look at purchasing a Mustang. I had made an appointment to test drive a specific vehicle. When I got there, they didn't have the vehicle "ready" so I would have to test drive a different one. Fine. The sales associate was very condescending overall, and extremely pushy, and intimidating. When I was sitting at the table while they were running my information, the associate would come purposely stand over me and staring at me as to intimidate me. Worst Experience Ever. My wife and I have a new 2021 F-150 XLT and decided to use our Ford Pass Rewards to have a simple drop in bed liner added. Scheduling was a breeze and that is where the good news ends. After scheduling approximately 2 weeks out we arrived early and the first greeting we received was Nicole advising us we were late with an attitude. Bill Currie is great when trying to sell you a car, but once the transaction is complete you might as well be dead to them. After an arduous process of finishing paperwork, watching the list price go from 43,000 to 50,000 due to dealer costs, dealership cleaning costs, taxes and “fees”, you then are forced to sit with someone trying to sell you aftermarket gear which you have not asked for, but you must sit through this. I’m very disappointed in my car and my service. My husband and I have purchased seven brand new vehicles through Bill Currie Ford Service over the past 25 years. My current vehicle is a 2018 Ford edge. It has less than 20,000 miles on it. I took my car in for service December 2020. I sold my car to Bill Currie Ford the same day after getting an appraisal, which was great! I was then explicitly told I'd receive the payment for the vehicle in 30 days. After waiting over a month, I had to call 7 times over the course of a week and re-explain the situation over and over again before getting any information regarding the payment. My brother purchased a new 2020 Ford F250 on October 17th. He had to take it back to the dealership because the back door did not close properly and was chipping the paint. A few days later he opened the tailgate to find 3 spots of rust!!!! We contacted the sales person who said he would need to check with the company who installed the truck bed.
