HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Went to Bill Currie Ford with every intent of purchasing a used Pickup truck. Prior to arriving I researched inventory and narrowed my choices between 3 used F150s. I asked to see all and was only shown two. One I could drive in the parking lot, one that was still in service, and the other was never shown or located. Assistant Service Manager Lied to My Face! on 4/3/19 Mike Cobaugh told me he could not fix my flat tire (which was still on my vehicle) because I had used Fix-a-Flat to fill the tire in order to make it to Bill Currie Ford. He stated that there was no way his technician could adhere a patch because the Fix a Flat would make it impossible for the patch to stick to the tire, and that the valve was now damaged because the Fix a Flat ruined the valve and tire. Unhappy I tried to leave a bad review and they would not let me post! I do not recommend this company to anyone. They told me anything just to get me to do business with them only to deny me after having my 1,000 down payment they asked me to. The banks they work with are full of crap and the employees are not knowledgeable. If you have no credit or limited credit, don't go here. Worst service I've ever had. Bought a new Truck that won't tow Purchased a new F150 from Bill Currie last month then used the truck to tow a RV and the engine died repeatedly. Took it back to the service department and they can't figure out how to fix it. Went back to the sales manager with hopes of trading the truck in and getting a deal on a new truck with a different engine. 5 1/2 oil change I had a appointment at 7:30 am for a oil change. I checked in at 7:30 and within half hour, Mike informed me I also needed a battery and front brakes. I said go ahead. Mike said they would need it till noon. I arrived back at Bill Currie Ford at noon, only to find out that they just started the oil change. What the xxxx happened to my 7:30 appointment. Bad service dept Went in for brakes. Cost was over $500 more than a different dealer two years ago. On top they missed additional work at $150. Was on fence about buying new Ford truck, decided to try Chevy instead due to terrible service. Still waiting and process started over 9 hrs ago. Do yourself a favor and service vehicle elsewhere
Repeat service necessary The dashboard brake light was constantly illuminated regardless of the emergency brake being engaged. The master cylinder was replaced and the problem returned. They said the switch was not wired. The problem returned, and they said "that's caused by low brake fluid," followed by "the wiring loosened due to a possible bump while driving.' Wouldn't sell without using dealership financing I tried to purchase a vehicle from a distance. I called in the morning and after five minutes talking to the salesperson on the phone, I told them I was ready to buy. I had funds lined up and I was motivated to close quickly.
