Degrading Finance Manager As a write in FORD SURVEY, Laura Sanchez was very professional and delightful to work with on my deal. However, the business manager GEORGE DOUMIT was one of the most belitting, degrading finance manager I have ever encountered. The worst part was that he even mocked the fact that I am on full disability with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He is a detriment to the business and should be disciplined if not fired.

Pushy, Selfish, Vulchers Just by pulling in you can see at least 10 salesman outside ready to pounce. They don't even look friendly. This dealership is all business and they care about is their bottom line. I went in with serious intentions on buying an F-150 for sale with a good deal, and the salesperson immediately wanted to start my paper work for purchase without even starting to inspect the vehicle, assuming I couldn't afford the truck. I used Bill Currie 10 years ago and had problems. I tried them again 3 months ago and still had the same problems. I have 15 Ford trucks in my fleet and can not get basic service done in a day. They are three miles from our office and will drive to another dealer. They are just that bad!

I visited Bill Currie Ford to look at a vehicle on the used car lot. A salesman from the new car section was very friendly and took me across the street to see the used car. The car was in great cosmetic condition.I loved it. We took it for a test drive, he gave me an AutoCheck report showing NO accidents and quoted a selling price of $11,500. I bought a car on Saturday and it is still sitting in the service department the following Sunday for repeat problems that should've been handled during their supposed 130 point inspection. Managers and sales people were very rude and just as incompetent as their service department. It feels like a week long nightmare prank that cost me a fortune.

Beware of this FORD DEALERSHIP and it's sales practices. I was in communication with one of there Internet salesman. We has spoke of two vehicles, sent numerous emails about specific Vin numbers and he also sent the picture of the specific vehicle with the MSRP and the final price. Wife and I went to dealership, salesman Geoff Patterson stated here is the vehicle. We looked at it got inside and was satisfied. Signed paperwork. The switch cars on me I did not purchase the car that I orignally test drive so I talk to the gm and he was rude and told me thats the way they had to do it in order for me to get finance, I find this borgus cause they never told me they had to change the car it was a standard and i test drive the ses I did not relizes this cause the car they replaced it with was the same body and color but when I started to drive home I relized it was not the same inside was there for 5 hours and they are thhiefs i would never recommend any... read more

I have never had a more embarrasing experience trying to buy a car in my life. My credit is not the greatest, but the credit manager told me he would not waste his time submitting my credit to the Ford Motor Company. I will never buy a thing from this location. They gave me a payment schedule the first time I visited and then, after the car I wanted dropped $1500 in price since no one wanted it, they told me I didn't qualify for it BEFORE finding out what my down payment was.
