Disappointing.. We found a "pre-owned" 2015 Explorer for a great price on their website that we loved. We texted and called and emailed our desire to buy this vehicle. Great SUV, great price. However, the dealership was not very interested in selling the truck. Buyer Beware Have bought many cars over my life and coming from the New York area, thought I have seen it all. Would like to thank The Bill Currie dealership for giving me a live example of "Snake Oil Salesmen". Agreed on price at closing time over the phone, drove 2.5 hours the next morning to find out the agreed upon price went up over night. This is the slowest service department I've eveexperienced. I've had multiple unacceptable encounters with this service department at Bill Currie Ford. I unfortunately purchased a five year service agreement with them when I purchased the vehicle so all of my general maintenance is prepaid (I highly recommend not purchasing this maintenance plan). Buyer beware, false advertising I went to the dealership to look at a used car. The salesman seemed polite and honest. I had to take my daughter to work. When I came back he was busy. I was given a new associate and decided to look at the new rebate cars. He told me that they gave discounts from them and rebates from ford and that together they were huge. Treat all ethic individuals with respect. Ed cherry picks On 1/19/16 I went to Bill Currie Ford to test drive the 2.3L and V-6 Mustang. I arrived at 3:20 p.m. For internet sales apparently the computer randomly places you with a sales person. I got Edward Purvis. This "sales-person" seemed rather annoyed from the start. Don't trust these guys....BEWARE!! Was interested in a van, called they said it was in service, said would call back when it was out, waited all day for call back, never heard back then they said it was sold... Typical, bait and switch xx, don't do business with these guys
Don't trust service department. I just recently got a full diagnosis of my diesel truck. And received a long list of things needing to be fixed took it to Pinellas Diesel for another estimate. Ford tried to say I needed a new y pipe for my turbo. Well after being properly inspected by Pinellas Diesel it was not bolted on correctly.Dont trust there judgement. There incompetent and will never go back. Ford estimate $3600. Pinellas Diesel fixed everything for $1500.
Why I'll return to bill currie ford Long story short, I brought my 2013 mustang to Bill currie because I had an annoying clicking sound whenever I turned my wheel left or right. At first, my experience was less than acceptable. I called 4 days in advance to set an appointment in hopes of being the first or one of the first cars to be serviced. 3 strikes and you're out 1st Strike 6 months after purchasing my 2015 Mustang EcoBoost from Bill Currie, I received a recall notice. I called Bill Currie service and told them I needed to make an appointment to have this fixed. I dropped the car off on schedule with my service advisor who acted like I was bothering him.
