So glad to be out of the car and the loan bill Currie got me in. I know my credit wasn’t the greatest but they took full advance of that . Sells person was very pushy and told me Nothing but lies to get me to sign. I was lied to about my deal. I never received my “lifetime warranty” paper work, even after multiple phone calls and multiple trips to the dealerships. I should of went to Brandon ford first instead of bill Currie I will never buy or refer someone to such a shady dealership.
Horrible Service Bought a 2016 Navigator from Bill Currie. Bought the extended warranty and was told that it was the Lincoln wrap that it won’t over everything. Less than a year later the navigation/Sync system does an update and messes the system up so I go in. They don’t have my warranty.... I bought it all from them.... so they want to charge me $1500 to fix the sync system. Lucky I had my warranty and sent it to them and they fixed it for my deductible. I responded to an internet advertisement and spoke with Dayna, the online sales representative and was encouraged to drive up from Fort Myers for the best deal in the Tampa Bay area. On site sales personal, Steve started by insisting there was a mystery 'addendum' which increased the price by $2,000. Their supervisor, Angela McCracken then made up a third story. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I have filed a complaint with the Florida Office of the Attorney General, and I encourage other victims to do likewise.
My wife bought a new car from them they turned in the car dirty with satin seats and scratches and chips on the bumper so my wife filled out the survey with low score and now they will not fix the chips and scratches on the vehicle because she gave a bad survey So they are holding us hostage on fixing the problems with her escape until she fills out a good survey I will never buy a car from them again or recommend anyone to go there for any type of business
Decieved It was nightmare of an experience shopping , I decided to buy a mustang from the dealer , sales rep Rita and finance person Christian got me deal for the car to which I put a down payment of $1500 and expected the car to collected from dealership, they ask me for a copy of check to make sure “I have my payment sorted “ in order to ship the car into the lot. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Where do I even begin. The service is perhaps one of the worst I've ever encountered. Poor workmanship, poor quality of service from the salesman Oscar Penalver, Kathleen Casey and Chris Hesterberg. They declined a purchase of truck I was APPROVED for because I was not going to give them a 5 star rating. The purpose of a survey is to be truthful and we were not provided 5 star quality service. Bill Currie is rolling in his grave I saw a used SUV they had posted on line. I was in contact with a sales consultant for 4 days and scheduled a day & time to look at in person & purchase the vehicle. I was told it would be ready by a certain time. An hour and a half after the scheduled time for it to be ready it shows up completely filthy dirty with stained seats & carpet & broken items through out the vehicle. Should of bought a new car if you don't want issues ! I'm being forced to change my review from positive to negative. We recently purchased a used "certified 120 point check" 2016 Ford Explorer. Ours sales guy Joe Caporicci was not good at all, But that's another story. Anyway, we first looked at the car on Friday March 29th at about 7pm. The car had a totally flat battery.
