Took my money and told me what I already knew Obtained a free Diagnostics readout of why my engine light was on( manifold sensor ) for my F-150. I also printed out a copy From Ford regarding my specific Vin# and a Recall on my 2005 truck pertaining to the fuel injectors. The truck also had an obvious knock that I believe may have been from the lifters. Very bad experience As far as I was doing just WORKS with them everything was fine. But when I came to them with an issue (hearing noises coming from driver's side of my vehicle) my service advisor Leo Geary told me that this is "just a moisture". I still got a paper for that. Worst Car Buying Experience I despise car shopping. Bill Currie Ford didn't do anything to change that feeling. I spent two days emailing back and forth the salesman until I received an out the door price of $20,150 from the salesperson in writing. I explained to them I lived two hours away and was in a time crunch and wanted to have everything ready so I could sign and drive. They assured me that they would be ready. Terrible 9/24/2014 1 check-in Wasted time with unmotivated and unorganized sales people and manger. Why didn't I consult Yelp prior to wasting my precious time at Bill Currie Ford? Ugh! Service damaged truck rims and did not correct accordingly!! Took truck for oil change and they wanted to rotate tires etc...Came back with 3 damaged Wheel rims...4th was not that bad. Bill Currie stated they will make it right and didn't. Review - Bill Currie Ford The salesman was very nice and knowledgeable and the process of buying a car was quick and easy. What I have a problem with is the way it was financed. I asked to finance the new car through our credit union, Grow Financial, because I have always gotten the best rate with them. My wife and I have above average credit. Do not buy from this dealership I recently bought a vehicle from them and will never buy from them again. They do not care about the customer and do not care to make things right after they sale you a car. They preach about how long they have been in the community and how they care about the people in it, but they are just like a typical "used car dealership" that everyone hates to deal with. This service department is unbelievably slow and inept It was a great experience when I bought my car at Bill Currie Ford two years ago. I even bought the maintenance package that includes oil changes for 5 years however I've only had my oil changed there twice (the first two oil changes) because the first oil change took almost two hours, I thought to myself I must have come at a bad time of day or an exceptionally busy day so I didn't think that much about it.
