I ordered the Ford Bronco online a long time ago. Unfortunately, at some point I needed a new car and couldn't wait any longer for the Bronco. Hence, I bought a car and I tried to cancel this order. Bill Currie Ford went ahead and ordered the vehicle in my name without my permission or authorization (not matching my original order). lot of bait and switch goes on here. I bought a 2009 Ford F-150 King Ranch with very low miles from this dealership. First off my salesman, Nick, promised that the interior, which needed some leather conditioner, would be fixed. He said the person would come to me. That never happened and I never heard from the upholstery guy. I let that go. Next, I bought the best warranty that was offered which cost a lot of money and I was told that it covered everything on the truck. Everything… including free oil changes. The first time... read more

Tim the manager seems nice but the quality of work is horrible. An embarrassment to the Ford name. It took almost 2 months to repaint both bedsides only on my pick up?? Then they put one of the body moldings on UPSIDE DOWN ( it looks terrible). I would never recommend Bill Curry to anyone. THE WORST OVERALL EXPERIANCE EVER……. I would like to take truck to a reputable Ford dealer to be fixed right and Bill Curry Ford pay for it.
i was in True car and i found a 2022 Ford Mustang RUSH in Bill Currie dealer and is listed for $55,423 and i called them when i gave the the description of what i m looking for she want to charge me$65830 i told her that 'not the right price on the True car and she start lying about it oh that's not the price of the car is a bass price i told her is not the first time i m buying cars this is a Rip OFF i will not recommend this dealership they want to steel customers money .
Bought my lifted F150 in January. Told Ron I was in a rush, so he sped the process up. Waited three days to take my truck home. I had already driven the truck so I just wanted to get straight to paperwork. Once I was done and handed 1 key, I walked out to an undetailed truck. 15 miles left in the tank. This location has the worse service in Tampa! !! I understand there is a car shortage, but Ford or only this dealer is using this situation to take your money. Customers are being charged $1000 for not financing with the dealer, so you are penalized for finding your own financing or for paying cash. THIS IS WRONG. Furthermore, this dealer is charging customers an additional $1000 if they do not have a trade car, so if you are buying a car for the first time or buying another car, you will penalize, so be prepared.
