Joe Moon was great. I was looking for a vehicle after losing my previous vehicle from a hurricane that affected the area. I explained to him that I was looking for an suv and what my stipulations were . Joe was understanding and he went straight to work and found something that will work for me. Mr. Joe Moon, the salesman we dealt with was very helpful in explaining the new digital features of the 2024 Escape Platinum. He was nothing but a perfect gentleman with us in this purchase, and he did seem to exhibit Christian qualities in all of this. In addition, he helped us save money as he advised us on our purchase. Rather than pay cash for the Escape, we were told of Ford Credit's current deal of 36 months of finance at 0% interest, thereby allowing us to keep our cash in investments to earn money for us.
