The service advisor did a great job, the Technician was The service advisor did a great job, the Technician was terrible, I don't think he ever worked on a Dodge Charger, the Technician damage the inside console, the ordered a new, than he couldn't replace with all the parts, I had to mention some parts were missing, so after more than a week for something very simple to get fix turn into a nightmare.
