I had to bring my new Chrysler in for tire service, as I had a flat on my trip from my home in Pennsylvania to Atlanta. Hiram, who had assisted me with a different problem about two years on another car, was there and willing to take care of my concern immediately. I waited only about 90 minutes before I was informed that the service personnel were able to repair my tire and get me on the road again. I had no appointment and had just bought the car two days before and thought there was a leak. I showed up at715am the woman who checked me in came right out to look under the car to see if she could fine it. It looked dry yet put it on a rack made sure it wasnt leaking took pictures underneath to show me and had me out of there in 45 mins. AWESOME!! I tried submitting my review but it wanted me to rate my sales person. He wasnt listed so I rated the top guy a 5 start. My guy was Willem and I would give him a 5 star as well.
