My expereince with Palmer Dodge, specifically with Jim in sales was amazingly easy, friendly and professional. Chris in Finance had the closing the paperwork ready when i arrived and clearly answered any questions i had. Overall easy to work with, fast, efficient, and courteous. Frankly, better than the local dealer I've been working with for the past 25-years. Its a 5-hour drive for me to get there, but I'll be making the trip the next time I need a vehicle.
